What are programs and false beliefs?
A false belief is based on fear and control.
A false belief looks right, but feels wrong.
It perpetuates disempowerment, victimization, and a lack of responsibility. There is a feeling of overwhelming helplessness, a reliance on external messaging, a distrust in your intuition.
A false belief wants to keep you in a box. It tells you to suffer in order to feel comfortable, safe, or supported.
If you want to identify false programming, ask yourself if you are vibrating in a state of paralysis, limitation, or separation. These states will share one thing in common: they require you to give away your power.
A false belief is based on fear and control.
The antidote to false programming is simple.
It is awareness.
Awareness, or self-recognition, is like turning the light on. It floods a dark room with your conscious light.
When you recognize your patterns, you take back control. This doesn’t always mean you can control your patterns, but having awareness means you take back the driver’s seat.
You may not choose the roadblocks that lie ahead of you, but you have the power to navigate through them, and that means everything.
Awareness only grows the more you step into it.
When you open yourself to the possibility of awareness, you step into a whole new ball game.
You realize that every player is you. Every challenge is just a notch in the greater game of who you are meant to become. Every roadblock is a chance to refine yourself.
So what else can we do?
Embrace the unknown.
Embrace the darkness of finding yourself. Embrace the fear of finding what you fear. Flood it with your awareness. Become the antidote.
Learn to stand in your power, even if you are the only one. That is the secret to sovereignty, and when you make it a priority, it is the secret to finding who you are.
